What is it and how did it come about?

PHOSocial is a photography project born out of a deep exploration of myself. It talks about the union of the Social (essential in my life) and PHOS (comes from the Greek φωτος) which means photon, that is, a small particle that forms light. I intend to arrive with my photography to the human side and to put more light on all the topics related to awareness.

I have always been interested in the human mind and the inner self, and my life experiences have only intensified that exploration. However, my life took an important turn when, in the year 2017-2018, I did the Master’s in Personal Development and Leadership at the Borja Vilaseca Institute in Barcelona, a program that led me to do intense personal work and, therefore, continues to this day and shapes how I pursue my vocation.

In short, with PHOSocial I decide to bring together my visual work and the world of personal growth and Awareness, in which I was involved for quite some time. And I do so in order to share my testimonies, through images, about the people who use their work and vocation to help expand Awareness.

Besides my photography services, I also want to offer the promotion of their work through the Facebook and Instagram accounts I have dedicated to that (putting together a photography and a text about their activity or project).

Who is it for?

It’s for companies and busieness with awareness: sustainable and socially responsible.

It’s for NGOs and Asociations with transparency and best practices.

It’s for Travels Agencies which want a professional and profound photos of places for their labour.

It’s for Pojects related to Travellings and Social subjects which need a different and unique vision.

And it’s for everyone who likes traveling, nature and self-knowledge, and who would like to have photos related to these topics. I am open to working in any project that follows values of ethics, commitment and responsibility and that, besides that, wants to express itself in a beautiful way in order to reach more people. At the end of the day, what we all want is for people to not just know about our work, but to SEE IT.

To sum up, my project is dedicated to individuals, societies and companies that want to make this world a little better and would like to do their part to enrich individual and collective awareness. My own personal contribution is to use my creativity and sensitivity to make the intangible tangible.
